Use of the platform
StileTurn provides tools for venues and organizers to sell tickets and for fans to purchase and manage tickets. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to resell tickets above the price limits set by a venue.
Tickets and admission
A valid ticket grants admission subject to the venue's terms. Duplicate, transferred, or refunded tickets may be refused at the door. Always keep your ticket link or QR code accessible.
Payments and payouts
Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. Venues are responsible for their own Stripe Connect account, tax obligations, and chargeback disputes.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, the platform, or pricing with notice. Venues may close their accounts at any time; outstanding payouts will be processed according to Stripe's schedule.
