Refunds
Venue-controlled refunds
Refunds are initiated by the venue through the admin dashboard. Fans cannot refund tickets themselves. If you need a refund, contact the venue or event organizer directly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the card issuer or bank.
Event cancellation
If an event is cancelled, the venue can refund all orders from the Orders page. Ticket holders will receive a notification and the tickets will be marked as Refunded.
Resale tickets
Resale tickets follow the same refund policy as original tickets. The resale listing is removed once the ticket is sold or refunded.
