Fees
Transparent by default
StileTurn charges a flat per-ticket service fee. The fee is shown to fans at checkout before they pay, and venues can choose to absorb it or pass it on.
Service fee
The standard service fee is $2.00 per ticket. This covers payment processing, fraud protection, ticket delivery, and platform operations. Multi-day and higher-priced tickets may use a tiered fee configured by the venue.
Payouts
Revenue is paid out through Stripe Connect directly to the venue's bank account. Payout timing is determined by Stripe and the venue's bank, typically 2-7 business days. The service fee is collected at checkout, so there are no separate invoices.
No hidden charges
There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when tickets sell.
